I haven't ever worked in a salon but I did take a class called Cosmetology in secondary school as one of my electives. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. Gave me a new appreciation for what hair dressers do.
Work experience is honestly the best thing. I did mine at a nursery, and I loved it. I am now going to start my apprenticeship there in September. 😊 I am so proud of how far you have come Rosie. 🥰 I love you. 💝

No, we don’t get paid. It’s kind of like volunteering. I got a bag of goodies and a gift card from Next when my week was over though. Rosie might have not paid for her hair cut and colour in exchange for the work she did though. I don’t think she said though.😊
