Is this is like the old cps2 decrypted phoenix roms vs having the key/algo used? Nice work!
not far off, it's a workaround until a better solution can be found. The results are correct, for the given inputs, but the method is not, and if a different revision were to show up it would not work for example.
I'd love to see how Shamisen Brothers Vol. 1 runs on MAME 0.254
The System 10 version is not dumped. The unique hardware version only has a CD dump, no ROM dump. There is nothing we can emulate.
Is the English version working as well or only the Japanese version?
Both, see the video after this one. They use the same code, it's just a region byte difference.
