Mark... man. You do SOOO much right with these videos. You are killing it. Your presentation style, the way you bring us along for the ride and are ways addressing the viewer and the fact thay I can count on you doing something wxciting every single time? Special stuff. It's rare to see a creator in any genre with this much charisma. Keep it up. This is special stuff.
Stanley that is one heck of a comment! I truly appreciate all your support! I just turn the camera on and what ever happens is what you get lol! Thank you very much for watching my friend!
The holes are vents for the den. Also I'm sure the beaver that pulled the drowning rod swallowed allot of water before making it to the bank. Great catches! Keep the videos coming!!
I was waiting for that big beaver to take off as soon as the trap came off his foot !!!!!!!Ha !!!!!! Big tail, are you going to get it tanned ? Good job and good luck !!!!!!!
Thank you my friend! I'm not sure what happened I think he was sick because he was very skinny and the water level didn't drop! I really appreciate you watching and all your support!
You are having a fun year. Montana and Beavers and hoping for Otter next. Epic times! Are you doing any Coyotes this year or are they pretty much done with the warm weather?
If it was skinny, it probably wasn't well. Could be a very old beaver, and just weak overall. I had a guy give me a beaver that measured out as a possible super blanket, but weighed a blanket size ( about 50). We estimated that if it wasn't so skinny it would have been 60 pounds. I mean this beaver was skin and bones. I can't remember if it was a roadkill or not.
It weighed 50 pounds but should have been over 60! It was really skinny and no fat when I skinned it! Not sure if it was sick or just old! I don't know how it died I was very surprised! Thank you for watching and supporting my friend!
That beaver might have been sick. The stress of the capture might have pushed it over the edge. I would be very careful handling it. No point making a wallet out of that tail. Trappers don't have enough money to fill a wallet that big. You could make a guitar case, though. Thanks for the video.
Man, brother, that was a huge tail on that beaver. I immediately thought of the beaver attack last year 😅 I was like, "Here we go." LOL keep SHARING your PASSION
@@MarkJLarsonOutdoors yes sir just hard to find time anymore good luck with otter there one that lives in a small river next to my house seen him few times hopefully one day there be more in it
Definitely a big tail on an old beaver! Likely his heart just gave out. It happens to animals too. I have seen it more than once where it could be the only explanation. Hope you catch a Otter! Have a good day my Friend.
I was going to try that but the water isn't that deep so I just got in and kicked around! I think they were coming out from the rocks! I'm hoping that was the last one! Thank you very much for watching and supporting my friends!
Ok thanks for the reply. I was just hoping you didn’t end up with a fine for something outside of your control. You have very interesting content. Thanks for sharing.

I don't think it's dumb luck. It's hard work. Could the water level dropped some after the beaver died?

Biggest tail I've ever seen. Beaver only looked like 40-50#. Super weird how it was just dead laying there too.
It weighed 50 pounds but should have been over 60! It was really skinny and no fat when I skinned it! Not sure if it was sick or just old! I don't know how it died I was very surprised! Thank you for watching and supporting my friend!
Order up some trapper J's baits too! Give yourself some killer baits to complete with what you're using!! Great guy he's on UTUB also!
I know Trapper J and he's a great friend! I do use his bait and lures for coyotes! Thank you very much for watching and supporting my friend!
That boat paddle tail got the drowning rod out. He probably died from exhaustion 🤷.. mystery
Lol! That could be what happened! Thank you very much for watching and supporting my friend!

Definitely! Thank you very much for watching and all your support my friend! I really appreciate it!
