She probably is having vocal strain because she's been singing too much. Singing is such a beautiful gift, but it's tough on the vocal cords. Especially because she has a naturally higher voice, so singing low is probably a bit unnatural for her already.

She isn't copying, she has a plot in her album, with new ideas and interesting concepts that you obviously don't know. There is a lot of talented people outside, but you don't necessarly have to compare them to Marina. And her breast aren't implant, she has them naturaly since she was a teenager.
