- Shagaf Oud Tonka was finally released in the US and I immediately got my hands on it. Here is my first impression on the perfume. What are your thoughts? Have you smelled this before?
Girl Shaghaf Oud after maceration is phenomenal, it is definitely worth another go around if you haven’t tried it again 😉 she’s STRONG, sweet, so cozy and I get a legit 12+ hours on skin and DAYS on my clothing. Worth every penny! It gets better and better the longer it sits!
Also, Vania! Since, you mentioned cherry and nutty notes in this video, you need to try the new Bath & Body Works Sweetheart Cherry body mist, lotion, and body wash. Now I'm really not a cherry girl at all. I only love Miss Girl and I think cherry is just overall difficult to do well for me, but this scent... The way it changes over the day omfg it is so bomb, the pistachio and vanilla really come out to play. I legit got so many compliments today when I went around town. I lowkey think this might be the new It Girl scent this year. Would lovee to see you review, xoxo ✨💌
Girl, I just got mine last week and I liked it, but now even after a week of sitting I am loving it! I definitely can see it being a signature scent for me...ohhh and then I layered it with Navitus Lost in a dream, which is similar to Commodity, omg it was sooo 🔥🔥🔥! This ones gonna be a banger for me, forsure! Oh and being impatient self lol i wore it yesterday to work and was shocked at how many compliments I received!

@@vaniamickelle one other thing I forgot to mention...i only wore this with eos vanilla cashmere, because I was trying to get the true scent profile and it literally lasted a 12hr shift and this is a new bottle 🙌🏽 sooo she performs!!! Enjoy...hope you love it 💕

I just purchased this one and someone said it reminded them of Dior Hypnotic Poison I have the edt in it and I love it so I was thinking at least it would be in that family I also thought about layering it with my Burberry Brit edp and also b&bw Almond Blossom it reminds me of the Mixbar Almond perfume so I guess I’m trying to bring out the almond note …..Vania how about 2 wks and give us an update hopefully by then I’ll have mine Thanks for giving us your initial thoughts 👍🏾😊

They really do need to sit and marinate. These fragrances are mixed, bottled, and sold with no wait time. I get them spray a good 5-10 times and wait a month before I smell smell

I also think my nose has evolved since then as well. I still don’t think I want it in my collection however I feel like I would have found a way to wear it now vs back then.
This is lit on me. Smooth sexy almond.
Tonka is the same way, btw. Better by the day! I go nose blind too initially because this line is so strong lol but throughout the day I definitely smell it and everyone can 100% smell it for 8+ hours, longer when I spray on clothes.

Almond and cherry are in the same family. The trees blossoms are super similar.
Yes they are all apart of the "rose" family. To me they don't have any similarities as far as smell...but I don't like almond or cherry notes in most perfumes. I like the softness of Japanese Cherry blossom, but some days the cherry bothers me, other days I enjoy it.

Yes it’s definitely got some hype right now but at less than $50 I didn’t mind paying cause I really wanted it 😂 But I think the price will drop soon too

Thanks for sharing. To me the Swiss Arabian perfumes and oils do change. You will either love it or not. I do like the brand and find that it may smell different on everyone. I love Arabian perfume and oils.
I just got this one a week ago, and I love it. I'm going to let it sit and see what it gives in February or March. Im going to try it with Bath n Body Works Warm Vanilla. I think its going to get sweeter and darker. I can't wait to see, also...

Perfume is sold by volume.... hence the volume printed on the bottle. 👌

This is not an oud fragrance, in name only! I'm definitely not a fan of that note either, as a matter of fact I absolutely hate oud scents...your safe with this one as far as that goes 💗

I know im late to comment on this fragrance but i just recently got to sample it. Hood thing i did before purchasing because I honestly do not like it. I get this sweet medicinal cherry with a mix of icy hot. After a while the menthol snell tones down bit im still left smelling like medicine. I wanted to love this but it was a huge fail for me.
I got mine yesterday, and unfortunately, i dont like it. I know it has to sit for a while, so i wont judge it too badly. I just hope it gets MUCH better with time.

@dshericemo1144 nope, I still don't like it even after a few weeks of sitting. I will say it has changed a bit and is slightly better but I just don't think this one will be for me.
Chiiillle. I want to live oud so badly.. but I smelled a milestone perfume in the Maxx that shook me 😳 for the love of all that is holy.. it was horrible. I'm slowly trying to build my nerve up to try again.. It will definitely have to a sweet oud wrapped in caramel, pralines n honey, n cotton candy 🤣
