The fact that MS dhoni did not have a good run at that world cup with the bat, only to deliver that winning knock in the finals, says a lot about him. The way his older version is shown when he comes to bat, it was literally a phenomenal 'all roads led to this' moment in cinema history.

      How delusional you are?
Strategy wise that is the dumbest thing, Dhongi miserably failed in the tournament, even in quaterfinals and semi-final, when dhongi was needed the most, he failed.
It makes no sense to promote a player, who has failed the entire tournament, ahead of the man of the tournament, at very crucial stage, in finals.
MS Dhongi fanbase is most toxic and delusional, no one in their right mind shud take that decision.
It worked, that's different, Even from first innings, every one saw, it was difficult to bat first 25 overs and very easy to bat in last 25.
Dhongi saw that, plus dew at wankhede made sure, no ball was turning.
I can challenge anyone, show me one ball that turned during indian innings, dhongi only wanted to steal credit, that he has his entire life.

And another interesting point, in real life, Dhoni knew his wife before playing in Indian national team.
