Clubs are deceptive. You want to get a much lighter weight to start out. Even 1-2 lb's isn't too small.

Shoulders down and back is actually limiting the benefits of clubs. Getting into protraction and allowing the serratus anterior to do its job is where the money is at. Shoulders down and back is a terrible cue for everything but bench press and compresses the posterior ribcage, causing shoulder impengement for many. Scapula wide and scooped under = optimal thoracic health

Why not hold in the Order Position, and do the Clubbell Barbarian Squat
Do Intu Flow before your CST workout, then follow up with a Prasara Compensation to take the parking brake off your performance

Just for the record, the clubs in this video are STEEL CLUBS, they are NOT Indian Clubs which are made of wood. Therefore the name of this video is MISLEADING as the two disciplines are vastly different.

Well, when I google Indians clubs I get these steel clubs pictures. Even on amazon.

Its not about material. Its about the tool used, technique, origin and practice. Those are all Indian, hence its called indian club.

Sam Pen have you looked Paul Taras Wolkowinski up? These guys are knowledgeable but he probably has more Indian Club experience than they do combined.

Just curious, did you say wrong or are the numbers not showing pounds? 5, 15, 25 pounds?

I HOPE THAT YOU WILL DO MANY MORE, AND, ESPECIALLY FOCUS ON SOME DETAILS ON USING THE SMALLER, LIGHTER CLUBS, AND "MACE" FOR "PHYSICAL THERAPY"/REHAB TYPE OF WORK, (FOR PEOPLE RECOVERING FROM SHOULDER SURGERIES), AND, TO GET THE BEST, SAFEST, MOST COMPLETE WORKOUT ADVICE, FOR THESE TOOLS!! AWESOME!!!
