I'm in the UK and we have a couple of local bakeries doing well in town. Plus a new one opening up next week. This will be the 5th in a local small chain. Apparently, the other 4 shops have fantastic stuff, so looking forwards to trying something new.
Please open a shop in the US. We have nothing like this here. The sandwiches all look so fresh and healthy. I will need to come to Japan to try them!! lol.

Of course the baker in this vlog is a master that perfected his skills and created masterpieces, delicious pastries that combine European flavors and Asian flavors, no wonder he's so popular

Most of it looked delicious. I'm just concerned that too many bad ingredients causes bad health 😢. I see it in the usa and a lot of diseases are rising like cancer, diabetes, bad arteries, heart attacks. I know traditional Japanese people never used bad products. Please be careful and don't be like countries like usa that put a lot of chemicals in food for good tasting food. I miss the innocence and healthy food I ate in Japan 30 years ago 😢.
