    1 proposed regulation in the race to space is that there will be no wars there. What do you think is most advanced in it's regulations: space or AI? And which is seen as the most urgent race?

    as explained earlier that traditional computer programs are based on certain programming language instructions, the system is like a dumb boss.
    machine learning is like a smart boss who can not be fooled by the employees of his subordinates. And indeed a leader should be chosen because of his intelligence beyond all others. In other words it is useless to control what is not reached by us.
