sorry to say that , but the translation to english has a lot of mistakes :(

3:05 It's the 'back' leg, not "hind" leg; unless training quadrupeds.
3:27 It's a bit unclear what you mean by "After kicking a target, perform a spinning kick..."
5:12 It's an 'elbow', not an "armpit" :-)

"Back" and "hind" are interchangeable here. He could also say "rear" or "aft" or many other terms to describe the leg that is not in the front. You don't have to have 4 legs to use "hind".
