Our Lady actual said to pray : “Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fire of hell, relieve the souls in Purgatory especially the most abandoned.” Our Lady did not advocate the Hersey and error of "universal salvation", and so could not have said ".. all souls...", because Scripture and the Holy Catholic Church(not the Novus Ordo church founded in 1958 ! ) is very clear that "all souls" do NOT go to heaven. This has been backed up by many canonised saints. In the greek translations of actual perdition "Hell" and not "Hades" ( place of the dead), the word "Ghenna" is used. Ghenna is the correct biblical word for final absolute 'hell' where condemned souls go. This is the issue with bad translations, or in the case of the Fatima prayer, the later deliberate malicious mistranslation, while Portugal was under open Communism.

These are very confusing times. It is profoundly sad that messages, such as this one, get lost in such confusion and despair. The good news is, it is never ever too late too change. God has blessed us with such people throughout history to remind us that as God's creations, we need not suffer so. I think Lucia probably heard that the chastisement will begin to take shape in the sixties because so much happened politically, socially, militarily. I'm saddened reading so many comments about the Catholic Church, my faith. I'm confessing that I have been critical of other religious organizations as well. The truth is, God has many names around the world. The only thing we need to do is simple. Total faith in our Lord, and show respect and love to all.
Respect is fine, but do not sacrifice truth. The Bible says that the gods of the nations are demons. Love means conversion, not compromise of the one true Faith.
Raised Baptist and converted to Catholicism in my early 40's because I watched how my Catholic wife and her family lived their faith without judgement, falsehoods, and hate. The Southern Baptist churches of my youth cannot claim the same. Catholicism is church started by Jesus and his disciples...never forget Peter was the first Pope. The Marian prophesy from Fatima is, “ in the end my immaculate Heart will triumph.” So we are effectively saying that we were privileged to go to a school in our formative years with this name- the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I'm saddened reading so many comments about the Catholic Church, my faith. I'm confessing that I have been critical of other religious organizations as well. The truth is, God has many names around the world. The only thing we need to do is simple. Total faith in our Lord, and show respect and love to all.
Respect is fine, but do not sacrifice truth. The Bible says that the gods of the nations are demons. Love means conversion, not compromise of the one true Faith.
Raised Baptist and converted to Catholicism in my early 40's because I watched how my Catholic wife and her family lived their faith without judgement, falsehoods, and hate. The Southern Baptist churches of my youth cannot claim the same. Catholicism is church started by Jesus and his disciples...never forget Peter was the first Pope. I'm not saying the Catholic Church has faltered from the message...but it always returns to the truth. And, FYI for Protestants, we DO NOT worship Mary or saints...we only ask that they pray for us just as we ask all souls to pray for us.

The Marian prophesy from Fatima is, “ in the end my immaculate Heart will triumph.” So we are effectively saying that we were privileged to go to a school in our formative years with this name- the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Even saying it sounds so powerful like a prayer already made.
