Just Chant (even in very low volume, you can do it, in your case) , and Hear Kirtans in Headphones , you can go outside like Park , and chant , and can do Spiritual activities, chanting, hearing etc.

Yes you can meet him in spiritual world
We are souls not our bodies. All souls are the children of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul God. A soul without the body has no gender, religion, race, relatives, friends or family. Souls were originally independent before entering a body, and will again be independent when they leave the body, at which point all previous bodily relationships would have ended. All souls will independently be held to account for their past actions.The soul has become impure by taking many births of indulging with the vices and so the power of the intellect has become weak. The intellect's primary role decides, discerns, discriminates, understands, processes and calculates. By understanding the soul, the law of karma and rebirth within a cycle of time - 90% of these discussions wouldn't exist. Krishna is a prince of the golden age, you have defamed him by calling him God, and worse still you put him in the copper age, such defamation.
