I'm not mad on Hublot and at £20k it's a joke for a watch however if you can a buy a replica that's very well made with a good movement for a fraction of the price it makes perfect sense to me. I watched this vid, and then watched a vid of a guy crapping on about how to look after a real Hublot. The main thing I noticed was that in both vids the bezel screws were misaligned. Watching closely I really couldn't see any difference between the two watches, aside from different movements viewed from the exhibition back. This tells me that the fakes are improving, notwithstanding that the fake probably has a generic Chinese mass-produced movement. In both cases the clicks for the stopwatch sounded the same. All in all then, give me the fake. I certainly can't justify the cost of the real thing, and I can have something really close for a few hundred bucks. Not interested in what folks think of me for wearing a fake. Most would never know, and those who know me would know I wouldn't lash out Mega bucks for the real thing. i am not a fan of fake watches at all in any way but i do wish someone would come out with a line of watches that didn't make me spend a ton of money just to have a more futuristic look i love the look of hublot and AP and Richard mille but i only have a couple of their watches and if someone came out with say a 500 dollar watch or even a thousand dollar watch line that had incorporated the look of these higher end brands i would probably own all of them haha i am an avid watch collector and i can afford them but it would just be nice to see people who might not be financially set to pay 150 thousand dollars for a watch they really love but they could save up and spend 500 to 1,000$ and be proud of wearing a legit watch and not a fake and have the newer designs while doing so i dont think all the best designs and complications should only be for those that have 50 thousand sitting in the bank to waste.. it should be for everyone to enjoy and be proud of im not saying that they should have copies made cheaper just that someone like citizen or someone who makes fairly reliable watches could come up with a similar design for those less fortunate i understand its not simple to make something like a Jacob astronomia and make it affordable but at the same time there's no way the design aspect is worth that kid of money im sorry but if it was there would be alot more people making good money i commend all the designers on a great job but sorry its talent but its not a million dollars worth of talent ....me and my wife are very successful business owners and even we think its a tad crazy some of the prices of a normal time only watch with a different shape other than round being priced the way they are and its not because people want them that its so expensive because they came out of the gate expensive... hype just made the prices a little higher.. take richard mille for example the watch is alot of plastic and rubber and then throw any low part count movement in it and bam you have a RM watch.... he rubber mounts the movement thats why it can take a good shock hell when i was growing up as a kid i had a old lorus mickey mouse watch and t took a beating and it still looks great and works perfect and im in my early 40s now so its been alive and going for a long ass time haha so just because you say an item is $100,000 doesnt make it better.... just my opinion nobody has to like it but coming from having money and starting with nothing i am reserved about it and we dont flaunt it at all i like having a collection because ive been fortunate enough to succeed but it doesnt mean others who arent as lucky shouldnt have nice things too without paying more than the common house is worth just to enjoy things...

it is true that watches are to expensive these days... you could buy a rolex for $200 60+- years ago. so what's the difference now? it is still the same movement they use if im correct. maybe some little changes. i dont own a fake watch dont get me wrong. but i agree that watches are way to overpriced for a piece of stainless steel and cheap thin movement parts or 25 grams of gold. Gold today is worth about 35,09 EUR for 1 gram. take that times 25 and you will get 877,25 EUR worth of gold on your watch. but what do you pay ? minimum of 30K. it is a big ripoff.

The blue screws in the back are a dead giveaway that it’s a fake. Hublot never uses blue screws.

Got a good selection of about 160 wstches, some cheap, some expensive. Got authentic ones and fake ones. More authentic than fakes thought. Love my Tonino Lamborghini and Aquaswiss watches wich are all real, but my only fakes are the Hublot Big Bang Arten Senna, Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 16 and U-Boat Fontana. And im absolutely not ashamed to own them. The money I have spend on my whole collection might have been worth only for the three fakes. But I love them all brcause they are all my pride and joy. So for me, if I migjt be so good to spot someone with a fake, I surely would not hate OR disrespect that person. Yes, in the beginning I was just as mad to see fake Lamborghinis selling for next to nothing and I must pay the price for the real thing. But you know what, then I realised im not mad, but jealous becsuse they exist. Then I aged, got brains and exept any person who love time piece's, no matter if they rich or poor.
