It was simply a DST (double side tape) by 3M. It is not rental friendly. The tape which was put on wall will never come out without peeling the color and wally putty. It is better not to use these tape on wall as they can't be removed without removing color of wall.

This demonstration is wrong. , you stick one strip to the wall and the other strip to the picture frame. Leave for 3 hrs or 24 hrs before you attach both together. This ensure a strong hold.
Double tape will ruin your wall paint ...you should have applied masking tape on wall then if you had applied double tape it will not ruin your wall and its easily removable without leaving any mark on wall

you can make a heart with floating candles at floor.rice lights that round shaped from amazon.,so that lighting should be perfect romantic.a big vase side of your bed with lots of your favourite original flower sticks.& can ofcourse arrange some of your wedding picture with double sided tape at wall.& finally your favourite room freshner.happy anniversary in advance.

3M Command Strips do not peel the wall paint off. To take them off you have to pull the tape straight down as the instructions say
