Please remember that I am NOT a CNC expert, and I cannot help you troubleshoot your CNC router. Every CNC router, controller, and controller software is different. Your best option is to contact your CNC manufacturer’s Tech Support division, or look for a Support Forum or Support Community through their website. They are the people who know your machine best, while I would only be guessing.

I loved these puzzles when I first saw them so much. I am going to make some similar ones. You have inspired me Maurice! I am impressed and amazed you are doing these on a belt driven machine. Look at the Onefinity Elite to upgrade to. I think you would be much happier with that especially with more production speed capability.
