I grew up in a Mexican family like Daniel. My dad would tell me nothing in life is free, we have a hard time trusting people.
I never worked in a construction. But, worked in warehouses. Can somewhat relate. There people work their asses off, yet still get fired left and right. You can see the concern in their face when they hear they are fired.
