So? Why does that mean they can't anchor joints in correctly. All my other bafs are fine , mattle mcfarlane hasbro, the limbs are sturdy, and hasbro is the most re release baf company ever

It's not a kids toy like turbo man so it doesn't mean much if arms pop off. I mean were adults. We don't need our parents to put it back on for us. He's still great. It's simple, has that classic kirby look, I love this guy.
I like this one, almost perfect. But a tad too big. And for the chest, mcfartlane has almost nailed it with other figs. The torso should have been soft rubber material if there wasn't going to be a break yp between the upper chest and the midsection 😂

Swear compared to every other darkseid this is the most accurate looking one for my taste at least lol people have become so pretentious these days about things meant for personal enjoyment 😆. Perfection doesn’t exist lol just glad to have a clean darkseid

I don't get mad about the arms popin off so much. I mean these aren't toys to play with. Mcfarlane makes them to simply look nice on your shelf. I know we like to pose them but you know...we dont do too much handeling them you know. For his swapable hands i squeeze the hing on both side before pulling out of the peg hole. That way the hinge doesn't loosen.
Didn't Todd himself specifically talk about his marketing and how he wants his figures to stick out in toy aisle so kids get more bang for their buck. Same goes for his comment about making more male figures than female figures because younger boys will probably buy up the male ones. Logically wouldn't you think that means he expect these to be played with? Also I have no issues with my hasbro bafs or even some of the other mcfarlane ones , so why should this get a pass?

@@YEAR-1-RELICS interesting, I recall him saying in his interview with Jay C that he is going out of his way to make them posable and adding articulation even though he himself would make a less articulated one for himself, but then went on to say but these aren't for himself And then of course, the infamous interview where he says he is trying to appeal to younger boys and that was his reason for the lack of female characters. I figure if he is flat out saying that, then can't really dispute it. He is trying to sell toys that appeal to kids as well. He also says his picks are the ones he thinks look coolest and what he thinks kids will think look cool and stand out on the shelf. So he apparently markets them as "adult collectors toys you aren't suppose to pose" but then does interviews explaining how he wants kids to buy them?

It's a pass for me. I have the DAH Darkseid for my 7 in collection and the Mezco Darkseid for my 6 in. Other reviews have the same issue.
Looks like I won't be selling off my Beast Kingdom Darkseid like I had planned to when this was announced.
