As much as this channel is a joke no pathogens or bacteria are growing in that salt. Not unless the steak itself was cross contaminated (a possibility but not likely unless there way a food recall)
Jack, if you have excess food please donate it. All this experiment did was cause waste. Those steaks could have fed 2-3 families and instead they go in the trash. People are starving.
