Exactly 💯. Even if they offer this place for free, I wouldn't want to live in this. I see no real value in this place. This is exactly how a home shouldn't be. A home should make you feel cosy, comfortable and that you have an emotional connect to it. This house has none of it. It has little to no detailing like most of the new developments in Dubai. Even the artwork looks dull and boring and felt like scrambled from different parts of the world randomly. This looks more like a fancy penthouse with no real value except for the location.

Compare it to a 50 million dollars mansion in Beverly Hills or Bel Air.
That's the biggest dining table and biggest pool I've ever seen. Love all the travertine and art, but it makes the whole place look more like an art museum or gallery. Not enough amentities... for this price I would expect an incredible home cinema with dolby atmos, a full size gym with spa (steam room, sauna, cold plunge, massage room, indoor pool). And where was the kitchen? lol maybe it's hidden but I would've expected a show kitchen

Beautiful home. The audio transitions between the cut scenes and the presentation is off though. It’s louder during the music in the cutscenes and then softer when you begin speaking. I have at to adjust my volume to hear you then the music it’s blasting too loudly. Just for future reference.
The architecture is great. Colors are mostly monotone but that's the palette that is popular or prevalent for UAE. The plot of land is quite small but I guess Dubai property values are in a boom at the moment. Some may say bubble. In LA this would go for 25 or 30m, because for 125m you expect a 10 acre plot and 50 000sqft of built property.
Definitely overpriced. There are currently on the market mansions for sale in the same neighborhood, listed under 40M (also overpriced), with a better design and more practical, with interiors of higher quality.
This house was occupied during the time of the tour so we could not tour the Kitchen & Chefs Kitchen & Private Gym area. The house is filled with the most expensive Art from around the globe. This home has won awards and featured in Arabian Business, Vogue Arabia its been designed by Viktor Udzenjia. I hope you guys enjoy this tour!
