    The tower you see at the top of the hill is not a temple, it used to be watch tower when built by the founder of Bengaluru (Kempegowda), this was one of the four watch towers in the border of the town, but the city has grown beyond now

      Umm i would suggest to go in a private ticketed event as it would be nicer, and avoid north India during Holi. umm and please be observant as it gets chaotic ( coming from a local)
