Thanks for the instructions on cherry jelly! I have a hard time finding just cherry jelly instructions. Most videos even just show people making jelly but no instructions how. I made this recipe with sour cherry juice from this summer today. It seems like it's a bit watery but I remembered that last year I made some cherry jelly (different recipe that I lost) and it appeared thus way too but once refrigerated it jellied right up. I really don't care if I get cherry syrup, cherry juice concentrate, or cherry jelly from this...I will find a way to eat this goodness. They are still cooling so we will see once they fully cool.
