I think this is actually 7pm not 7am. Can't drive toward the 🌞 at Clinton, Morgan, Ashland... Central, Austin, etc unless the sun is setting (West).

There's actually two different times: Cottage Grove to Garfield which was taken at 7:39 AM (sun is in the east), and then at 1:20 the video begins again from Ashland/63rd to Harlem which was taken at 6:20 PM.
