I do and I understand all the counter positions as well. The concept was really started in the 2nd/3rd century and there continues to be debate. Assuming trinitarian concepts are true then it doesn't make sense to say God saved Jesus from going to hell. Or that there is this "sin energy" which when put on a God he changes. Or that the Persian concept of a bad afterlife for bad people - hell is an actual thing.
Substitutionary sacrificial blood magic atonement sounds like a concept that was popular in the Bronze age and is an archaic concept.
Or people have to believe one story to enter the good afterlife? That is another concept that pre-dates Christainity and was in all the dying/rising savior god religions.
But if he ended up on the throne then God did not give his only son?

My name is Darlene. I have a 12 year old granddaughter named Jasmin. On September 3 2020 Jasmin tried to End her life. She luckily by the grace of god was not successful. And is in a facility getting the help she needs. We had found out that Jasmin was being bullied at her school. I have 4 grandkids . Jasmin is my oldest she has a younger brother who is 9 . They are my daughters children. My son has 2 children a 10 year old girl and a 7 year old boy.. Please pray for Jasmin and her brother and parents and all of us . I lost my great nephew last year to suicide and he was only 19 he passed 9/26/19 his birthday was 9/11/00. He'd just turned 19. Please say a prayer for Jasmin and our family. Thank you so much.

I LOVE the video for this song. I L O V E the depiction of all these gorgeous cultures coming together in the sense that they love God and are united under HIM. I love seeing the gorgeously different and unique ways people show their love and reverence for our Creator. God loves it all!! Song, dance, reeinactments, teaching/preaching; everything wholesome that is used to praise Him!! This is how it should be!! All of us using the rich, unique, and inherently developed talents and ideas God gave each of our cultures to glorify Him!! It's so diverse and truly unified!!
I really love that there are pictures and clips from Asia included. God wants me to go to Japan and try to spread His word. I still have no idea how I'm going to do that when I get there, but he gave me a special interest in their language, culture, and music, so surely He will do something with that at His appointed time. Seeing what looks like Asian cultures dancing ethnic dances and such gives me hope that I will be able to spread out to other Asian cultures too, and not just Japan someday. (Because even though Japan is my main interest, I have a soft spot and reverent curiosity of the Polynesian, Indonesian, and Filipino cultures as well 💘💘)

THE GOSPEL
God the Son (Jesus Christ) has given us the gospel to share with the world.
Mark chapter 16: Verse 15: "And He said unto them, Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."
How can anyone hear the "good" news? Romans chapter 10: verse 17 "Then faith comes from hearing and hearing by the word of God."
Isaiah chapter 7: verse 14: "Therefore the LORD shall give you a sign; behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and call His name Immanuel." Hebrew: עִמָּנוּאֵל, "God with us" in human flesh but without sin. The Savior of the world was born to die for our sins! He did so 33 years later. His terrible ordeal; body mutilated; blood poured out, finally died and was placed in a tomb and rose from the dead the 3rd day ! "HE IS RISEN" Matthew chapter 28: verse 6
Isaiah chapter 53: verse 5 "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all."

BY GOD'S GRACE ALONE THROUGH FAITH ALONE IN JESUS CHRIST ALONE ARE WE SAVED (NOT anything we do but believe the word of His truth !)
Ephesians chapter 2:verse 8 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 not of works, lest any man should boast."
Jesus died to pay the penalty for our sins and rescue us from eternal *death (*conscious separation from GOD forever). Because of Jesus' death on our behalf, all we have to do is admit we are sinners & believe in Him, trusting in the shedding of His blood and in His death and resurrection from the dead as payment for our sins, and we will be saved! John chapter 20: verses 24-31
WE TESTIFY TO THE TRUTH
Romans 10:
9 That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For with the heart man believes in righteousness; And a confession by mouth is given for salvation.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
TO DIE IS TO REJECT SALVATION IN JESUS CHRIST AND BE SEPARATE FROM GOD FOREVERMORE
Salvation and forgiveness of sins is the blessing of anyone who believes in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Those who reject the free gift of salvation, see John chapter 3: verse 16 above, "perish", which means their sins are judged by God the Son and they suffer eternal separation from God and the family of God forever called the "second death". Revelation chapter 21: verse 8.
THE SURE "PEACE" IN JESUS CHRIST
"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ". Romans chapter 5:verse 1
