Giant and Shaman, Yet Dumb and Gullible (Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1)

I think the Vulcan Raven boss fight has to be my personal favorite in MGS1. A multitude of ways to fight him from an explosive perspective, him starting to run and then running faster as his health decreases, so it puts you on your toes, and him shooting down containers to block pathways to try and box you in. Also, his boss fight being foreshadowed before you actually get to the warehouse is my favorite of the whole game. The mind-controlling music of Psycho Mantis when it comes in for the first time is a close second for me, but just something about all the ravens screeching around you when you're on the elevator as you're heading to the fight seems almost supernatural in a cool way.
