"My name is Shailja Laxman Gawli. I used to work in BSNL and had terrible knee pain. I was not confident of going outside as I would feel I would fall down. Because of which I took VRS as I was not able to work anymore. There were just 4 stairs in the office but that too were not possible for me to climb and my knee pain was so severe that I used to cry a lot! Initially I was walking only at home and took physiotherapist’s help as well.
