Hi TinenTech, The ATEM Mini Extreme models have a pair of USB outputs so you could use USB 1of2 to send video signal to the computer and USB 2of2 to connect hard drive for recording while still having the ethernet port connected for internet. There may be another work around sending control+internet over ethernet, but I am not well versed in that workflow.

When we use your exact setup to stream to RUclips we always get the following warning: Please check the video resolution. The current resolution is (1920x1080), which is not optimal. Is this something we should worry about. I noticed that you did not receive this warning with the Video Standard set to 1080p29.97 just as we have it set. Anyway to get rid of that warning? Thanks.
Problem with this tutorial: My RUclips Studio does not look like yours. There is NO "Enable Auto-Start" option in Additional Settings. Further, I can not get to this page directly following your process. Did RUclips make changes to the it's Admin area? RUclips forces me to "Start" from a start button in a lower area (pop up box?) that also have stream key....but the layout does not look like this. Can you update us with a July 2021 video please? I need some assistance. Thank you! PS: My video look backwards during a recording but on play-back looks "normal".
Hi Tony, sorry for the different appearance of RUclips Studio. Yes, since I made the tutorial it has changed. In time, I will try and make an update video. Thank you for the suggestion. Regarding your video looking backwards (I assume flipped mirror look), yes, the way the RUclips and a lot of video conferencing apps (Zoom, Skype, Teams…) work is that they mirror flip the image on computer, but then have it normal in playback. Question: I have an Atem Mini Pro. I am having an issue where I can't seem to get rid of whats on my camera's LCD screen when it goes through the ATem. Is there a setting I'm missing to get rid of what's on my Sony's LCD screen in the ATEM? I try to do it on my Sony Camera but I can't get rid of everything STB will always remain or battery. Now a capture card works to completely get rid of everything but I was hoping not to have get 3 or 4 capture cards to work the Atem. Is there a setting I'm missing on the Atem that will fix this? Thank you for the kind words. The USB C cable is for data. The HDMI inputs on the ATEM take camera signals. The HDMI output on the ATEM sends a reference feed to a separate, secondary monitor. Hope that helps -George

Hi, Need your help with an issue I have come across. I don't get no Audio in my Live Stream using the Atem Extreme Iso. I have set my Audio to Line for Mic 1 as advised in this Video. My Audio is coming from the Mixer. I have come out from Group 1 2, which are 1/4 inch output From a Yamaha MGX12SU mixer. So it's two 1/4 inch outputs on the Mixer and the other end of the cable is a 3.5mm jack, which plugs into the Atem. All the channels on the Mixer are on but I get no sound, when I turn the Mic1 to Microphone from line on the Atem I get sound to my output screen. Any ideas what it could be that's causing me getting no Audio? When using Line on the Atem?
My suggestion would be to try different cables or even using the headphone output of your mixer as a way to troubleshoot and better identify the problem. Sending well wishes -George
I wish they would just have a custom rtmp preset without having to edit the XML file. The gopro and DJI apps both have that ability as well as OBS. They seem to be adding new platforms all the time but no custom .
Hi Sylvester, To provide internet to the switcher, I recommend using a dedicated ethernet cable going into the switcher. Another option is to provide internet over the USB connection you have going to the switcher, but this requires a few additional steps and is not the workflow I recommend. -George
Hi M.J.P Media Group, There are a few different places where you could plug headphones in to monitor the programs audio. Unfortunately the ATEM Mini Pro does not have a headphone out like the ATEM Television Studio HD or other ATEM Switchers, but you still have options... ***OPTION #1*** If you have a monitor that is connected to the "HDMI Out" port of the ATEM Mini Pro, you could plug headphones into the audio of of the monitor. This will not be real-time monitoring as there is a slight delay caused by the HDMI Cable***OPTION #2*** You could plug headphones into the computer and monitor audio from RUclips or Facebook Live or Twitch or wherever you're streaming too. This is not a good real-time solution as the audio on the stream will be delayed. ***OPTION #3*** (Requires Additional Device) Purchase an HDMI audio extractor, connect it to your HDMI out and plug headphones into the HDMI audio extractor. I need help. Been trying to do this since yesterday and I still can’t get it to see my cameras or switcher. How many ethernet are you using to live stream? How many modems or routers are you using? I can stream with the usb-c but not Ethernet.

Hi Abe, Control over PPT presentations would need to occur in Powerpoint, but if you exported all the slides and then imported them into the ATEM Media Player, you could control the slides using the ATEM Software. This is one approach, but not the only approach. Hope that's a helpful perspective.Best -George

Important to know you are testing the upload speed of your connection, not the download.
ATEM mini Pro will talk to PC through a router, so the can be less plugging and re-plugging.

You don't need USB between AMP and laptop unless you are using the camera and Atem
as a webcam.
