I’ve been super exhausted this week and worked out today for the first time since Sunday or Monday (it’s been such a week, I can’t remember). I have to say your recommendation on the amount of protein have meant I barely lost any muscle tone from that many days off. Muscle tone is my biggest mental stress when it comes to exercising, so the peace of mind during an unusually hectic week is greatly appreciated. --Can’t wait to add some of these in, to change up my routine. (For those wondering, I’m 60+ and an ice hockey goalie.)

Hi Melissa. I am a 55 year menopause woman who had 2 c sections. I've tried to loose belly fat. But failed for years. Also did my workouts. But I'm not sure how much of rice or bread I should include in my diet. All the best with ur journey. Thank you for sharing. ❤🎉🎉❤

Hi Melissa, You are inspiring!! I noticed you have a vegan day of eating video. I eat plant based with a bit of salmon once or twice a week for health reasons. It's hard to get as much protein as you are suggesting, I'm managing 80g a day at best. Could you possibly do another plant based what I eat in a day for some more high protein meal idea's. Thank you.
This workout is fantastic! I've always been known as 'chicken legs' and as I've reached 50 that's only led to difficulty in having good muscle content. I hated working out legs because I always felt like a failure :( This work out is changing that - I"m able to do all of the exercises and in just 3 weeks I've been able to increase reps and now I'll be increasing weight lifted. THANK YOU so much! I am most certainly a fan, and plan to learn as much as I can from your experience so that I have a better chance of success at recomposing my body. Cheers -x
