- A road cop's office is their vehicle. 10 hours a day you spend driving around from call to call serving the community. Well given the percentage of time spent on the road there is a likely chance of something happening (at fault or not at fault). This vlog proves just that. Imagine if all the cops were as nice as him, the world would have been such a nice place to live in.. This is how a real officer should do his job..
He isn't a real officer he runs the Facebook page and patrols empty streets.
All police officers start as patrol officers. He is a fully certified police officer and can likely pick up overtime doing patrol if he wanted...

Man this is awesome. I've always loved and supported all Police Departments and our Military. I didn't even know police did cool stuff like this. I've always wanted to join the California Highway Patrol or the Ventura county Sheriffs Department. But with a broken back I don't think that dream will ever come true 😞😞😞😞
Those ALPR camera are pretty streamline compared to our British Ones!

Yes, yes it does. We should work on getting them removed if they are not needed instead of ignoring them. I personally stop 99.99% of the time when I'm driving a motor vehicle.

Hey Nick, what happends after the LPR detects something on a particular plate? You write a ticket?

Understandable it is late night and the intersection was probably empty, although I bet any passenger car would have been pulled over for that and ticketed. In your vlogs on patrol, you pulled over cars for running sop signs. Just does not seem fair, and probably why most citizens today look down upon officers of the law. It is becoming about revenue and earning that dollar from the average working class for petty violations. They wont find your stolen bike, but you better be sure they will be there for that bike on sidewalk ticket.

LPR is awesome, what do you do in case of a traffic jam and your LPR picks multi vehicles with with different problems, how do you chose who to go after first?
Samuel Adm it depends on the height of offense. if there's a stolen vehicle that would take higher priority than an expired tag or suspended license.
