Investigators say hit-and-run was intentional after viewing "disturbing" video

  • “This incident was caught on video and the video is very disturbing,” says District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce. Police were called to the 500 block of North Main Street in Plains Township late Friday night for an alleged hit-and-run. Upon arrival, investigators found 47-year-old Mark Svadeba in the middle of the roadway who was transported to Geisinger Wyoming Valley where he succumbed to injuries.
