Hi, I'm 23 years old. My period blood has decreased. I have light period about 20ml per month. Earlier days it was heavier than 20 ml. I feel light period almost 2 years. And now my cycle aslo became shorter. This month it's in the 26th day of my meanstrual cycle. Does these symptoms are of early menopause??? Please mam, reply....
My symptoms started at 38 and I did the test and started hormone replacement. But still have many of the symptoms, like moody, tired al the time, body aches, and no libido. 😞
You’re so welcome! I also just posted a new video that makes some distinctions between “true” perimenopause and other hormone and system imbalances that can mimic perimenopause. Could also be helpful to check out just in case 💜
I’m 34 and I went to the doctor complaining of hot flashes and body aches. The worst has been these sensations of fire ants all over my body. I’ve been going through some major changes😢
I'm 36 and been having really intense hot flushes for months. It affects my day to day activities a lot because I get really irritable because I'm constantly hot and sweating. I always have the fan on at night else I cant sleep :(.
I've been going full hulk mode at the slightest thing, then sharply changing to crying my eyes out. It wasnt until I started waking up and the house felt stifling, but was a cooler temp than I would even set my AC at, that I even considered perimenopause
It definitely sounds like getting your hormones tested could be the next step! Besides true perimenopause, there are other hormone and balances that could cause these symptoms so good to run a full panel and also look at testosterone just to be sure. I shot a video about perimenopause versus other hormone balances in women on my other RUclips channel - check it out and let me know what you think: ruclips.net/video/FPUlHV9p8pA/видео.html
I’m 37 turning 38 this November and I’m starting to wonder if this is happening to me. Over this past year I have missed cycles up to 2 months. Sometimes the cycle last past 10 days and have been extremely painful more than typical. My hair is thinning I’ve noticed this year and I’ve always had very long thick hair. Many more symptoms I have experienced also. My grandmother and aunt have had this process at a young age also late 30’s. This really stinks!! Anyone else my age going through this?? I feel like I’m crazy when other women tell me I’m just to young that’s not what it is.
It’s possible it’s early perimenopause, but it could also be thyroid related. I just shot another video about this on my other channel - give it a watch and let me know what you think! ruclips.net/video/FPUlHV9p8pA/видео.html
I started experiencing symptoms last year around January... when I skipped a period (was 35) did a number of tests, went for an intravaginal ultrasound- she noticed that the follicle count was low... my periods came back normally after that one month until this month... my period was late for over a week so I didn't actually skip a month- it was just slightly late... so yeah... I am just so down about it because hubby and I still want to have a baby (haven't tried, been using protection) so yeah. 😔 Thank you for the insightful info. I'm doing workouts weekly, I just need to work on the nutrition side...
Me too trying for 3 years I’m 36. Last year I had a couple periods late. Came back and right now it’s late again. I still got sore beasts and cramps just no period… still have sore breast 5 days late. No positive test. I’m worried I will not be able to have children. I have noticed my feet super hot I cannot wear shoes. And I’m so tired and irritable.
I’m on the same boat. I also realize that it’s important to correct with potentially taking HRT. I’d love your thoughts on that? Did you take HRT? Some docs recommend oral contraceptives but I’m not feeling that’s the right route. Diet lifestyle exercise sleep is all much better now but I’m still skipping many periods with high FSH and low estrogen. I was always regular before this (before 35) now I don’t know when my period will be. I’d love to get my periods back somehow and wonder if HRT is good for me long term.
Always been irregular and haven't had menses for 6 months and just started feeling really weird and palpitations and random aches and pains and dizzyness etc, and I just overall feel like I'm dying. Wtf.
I'm 37 and I'm not ready.. It's hard to give up the thought of a last baby This is so interesting though, I'm being checked for Axial spondyloarthritis, I've had intermittent ovulations for years, I've had a few more hairs pop out on my chin, my mother was diagnosed with cancer in December and passed away suddenly after 2 intense and extremely stressful weeks. I've struggled with hot flashes, low moods, my weight, achy joints and fatigue since February.. Might this be a stress reaction? Can I still push back the menopause until a later age? I really hope this..
First of all I’m so sorry for the loss of your mother, my heart goes out to you and I hope you’ve had a good support system around you to help navigate this. And to answer your question - it might not be true perimenopause and there may be things you can do to restore healthy ovulation. I just posted a video about some common hormone imbalances that can mimic perimenopause, in addition to watching that you may want to consider testing for PCOS as well. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any more questions I can be of help with 💜
I started having symptoms at 23, they never thought it’s this and then kept not knowing what to diagnose me with. They put me on birth control. Which caused vulvudynia. Then I went off birth control for 3y and I had 20% of symptoms. I finally got a diagnosis at 27 entering 28. It was like my world crashed the doc said my AMH is 3.7. If I want to have kids I need to do it NOW, it might happen or I might need IVF or I can freeze my eggs. If I don’t want to have kids, I can start HRT immediately. I am single and the guy I am talking to has made it clear he wanted kids. I have no idea how to open the convo to him. Apparently my case happens to 0.1% of people. Ah so lucky 🤦🏻♀️
Are you experiencing symptoms of early menopause? Let me know what questions you have!

Wow this is interesting. Thank you for this video. Since you've started perimenopause about three years ago have you entered menopause now ?
