This video is everything. He’s so healthy that the sugary cereal literally affected him right away and he couldn’t speak as easily as he normally would. 😮
And his judgements were harsher at first when he got the full effect of just how much sugar was in them. Really shows you how quickly we become accustomed to added sugar in everything.
Did you know Susur Lee (iron chef dad) exploited his workers and charged them for mistakes in the kitchen and also withheld tips from his staff? His wealth was generated from exploitative working practices.
@@user-jq1ys5yl2v i just looked it up and apparently it was more like a lot of high end restaurants and bars had the same practice until it was outlawed in 2016 or so. Doesn't seem that bad honestly, what you said is quite defamatory and slanderous compared to the actual story.
Iron chef Dad is sooooo entertaining to listen too. He says some of the most random stuff sometimes and its damn hilarious lol. He also was all over the place this video. Couldn't stop laughing when he kept changing the order 😂😂😂😂
Your guy's energy together is so fun to watch. Such wholesome content yet really fun and engaging. I remember watching Iron Chef all the time back in the day. Watching your videos brings me back to my own childhood
What no cheerios??? They would’ve been S tier for sure… this guy is great!!! And his son opening up a whole new world of processed junk food… I love that he wasn’t going to waste milk on the pebbles!!!! Not sure if he’s done hot pockets yet…
I would agree with your dad’s taste with cereal. Majority of the cereal is sweet. He seems wholesome and I’ve always respected his reviews on food! His struggle with English is just too funny.
Corn pops and frosted flakes are my top 2 of these choices! Love a good crunch! Rice Krispies reminds me of childhood. We mostly ate oatmeal (with maybe raisins and a little brown sugar, and it's still one of my favorite comfort foods.
A part 2 would be interesting. Shreddies, Honey Nut Cheerios (or multigrain), Raisin Bran, Honey Bunches of Oats, Quaker Granola, Shredded Wheat or Mini Wheats - all popular and the staples in my house growing up. Iron Dad might even like one or two of them.
First! Thank you Iron Chef Dad for posting this video today! I was just told that I have a non cancerous brain tumor which I did surgery for yesterday. This video has really brightened my day!
Hey stranger. I'm rooting for you here in SC, USA. May you heal swiftly and get back to what you love to do as soon as possible! Sending you warm and comforting vibes and just enjoy some RUclips and relax for now; you are fighting a hard fight and you deserve to rest and heal up.
I'd love a video of the quick oven dishes to see how they stack up against their real-made counterparts. (like pot pies, frozen pasta, breakfast hash.. stuff like that. See which ones he would consider okay dishes)
I don't eat these cereals anymore since I was diagnosed with diabetes, but now that I have brought my A1C back down, I will occasionally have honey nut cheerios with coconut milk. Fantastic combination if you think of it as dessert and not breakfast.
Pretty spot on with how I'd arrange them (outside of Corn Pops, which has always been a personal fave). Love the tier lists. Would love to expend this to more parts maybe focusing on ones he's likely to hate, or ones more likely in his wheelhouse.
I love your videos and I think in the next video you should rank different types of ramen noodles. And if you can find it try to rank the seafood cup noodles because that is my favorite type to get for lunch at school
Love love love these videos. I think you should get a poster board or something so your dad can see the tierlist himself, rather than having it on your phone.
I freaking love your dad. The way he says like there is no way I would feed you guys this did your mom really feed you this? Lol! He’s a treasure. A real Charm…😂💖
Well now that you explored the depths of sugar cereal that we all consumed as children and sometimes as guilty adults, may as well stay in different, but similar territory and go for over salted chips we all had in our lunches as kids. Can most likely save some money and buy some of those variety small bag bundles that include random flavors of doritos/cheetoes/fritos/lays/ruffles/funyuns ect and throw in a few odd balls like pringles. Or if you just want to really double down on the sugar, compare some of the most common chocolate candy bars, but I am assuming your dad wants a break from the sugar :P.
It would be AWESOME to watch you prepare and cook a meal for your dad all on your own for once. His reaction, insight, and critique would be so wholesome 🙏🏼
One thing I think would be fun is if you bought the frozen version of the restaurant meals from the grocery store and compare them to the restaurant version. You dad can’t add or change anything. He should cook it exactly as is following the frozen instructions
I’m with your dad on fruit loops and fruity pebbles suck. I’ve never tried Lucky Charms , Cinnabon or Oreo. I’d love to see him try Cheerios, Special K vanilla almond, Raisin Bran etc.. I think he’d like those kind of cereals
My favorite as a kid was Reese’s Puffs, hands down, but as a teen I preferred Raisin Bran and honey bunches of oats. I now eat low sugar versions of those two regularly.
I'm 34 and I still can't resist buying a box of Reese's puffs every now and then. They're just too damn good. Hasn't been one cereal my whole life that came close lol
“If we’re comparing apples and oranges… I would say lemon”😂
Next time cookies!
I know what you mean, it doesn’t really make any sense, but we all still got what he meant. 😅😂😂
lmao
You definitely need to get a big board to write down your tiers so your dad can visualize his grading system 😅
Yea that’s what I was thinking, helps a lot lol
Big D is crazyyyy 😂😂😂
i am ;)
He just has a big drill

You don't have to be healthy for sugar to affect you 😂 ots different for everyone.
@@user-jq1ys5yl2v oooh, slandering.
Definitely want to see a chicken wing tier list, or even just all the sauces from somewhere commercial like buffalo wild wings or wing stop.
I like this idea 👍
every wild wing flavor
@@cslocal330 bww wings are a massive L imo. They tend to under/overcook them. and you can mix multiple wing stop flavors together to make better ones.
i fuck with this idea
What about a crossover? He ranks all the HotOnes hot sauces for the season.
Susur being genuinely horrified by this cereal is HILARIOUS
Iron Chef Dad exudes the most wholesome and funny aura at the same time. I love it 😂
I would love to see your dad rate various flavours of cupped ramen!
I would definitely like that
I would recommend cup stir fry it has a lot of flavor imo
The fact that dad was high on sugar at the end is hilarious
How about a candy/snacks tier list? You could do it by country as well. For example, all Canadian snacks and then American only snacks, etc.
yeah, do a candy list 😁
He rated captain sugary but not Cinnamon Toast which has the most sugar out of ALL cereal
Can also do versions of the candies in different countries. Like KitKat has specific flavors only in certain countries
What is the deployer of Rap God doing here 😂 cool to see Gacha creators all viewing the same content I do
He’d definitely hate every single candy

4:59 "I dont want to eat it!" Iron Chef reverted back to a toddler refusing to eat their veggies. I love these videos
Rice crispies was S tier on the final list! Loved this review.
Your Dad is so naturally funny without trying! 🤣😂 Loved his reactions!

Excellent vid !
Would love to see & hear chef Lee’s thoughts on cereals that are healthier & ones that appear to be healthy & are not ✌️

bro your family is my inspiration. I love you all. stay blessed
Instant Ramen!
There is so much variety from different countries. It would be great to see his opinion on cheap vs. expensive instant ramens.
I love these videos so much! This Dad is a national treasure!
Man, I love seeing the relationship between you guys! Seem to have so much fun! Take care and be well!
I normally don't "like" videos but hoooooooly shit Chef Lee's meltdown at the end had me rollin!!! Love you Chef Lee 💜
I love that at the end he said he needs to have a talk with your mom for giving you lucky charms 😂
I love this video so much! The ending was so funny, thanks for keeping it in 😂
I find it incredible I can watch Susur Lee taste everyones favorite childhood cereals. This is awesome. Thank you for this! 😂😂
Can watch anything with Daddy Iron Chef 💯👌🏽💖💖
damn... what a cereal killer
Give me your phone 😂

Haha, your pops is so chaotic! Absolutely enjoyable content.

You guys are my favorite channel by far! Please keep going haha
You should do a chip teir list!!!! Be sure to get chips from abroad too. Like flavours from japan or something. Shouldnt be too hard to find tbh
10:09 " please subscribe when you love the cereal" 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This was the funniest one yet. Love it!
One of my favorite videos. Just made my day laughing at this.
PART 2 CEREALS. Take dad shopping the cereal aisle too cause his reactions are hysterical.
Life cereal would be good to see
Yes!! A part 2 of him picking out cereals
Yah there are better options he would like ...honey bunch of oats...I feel like that would be his cereal
Your dad is SO funny, lmao. Thanks for making this, Jet 😂
Love your videos! You crack me up!
I love your videos and I think in the next video you should rank different types of ramen noodles. And if you can find it try to rank the seafood cup noodles because that is my favorite type to get for lunch at school
I took a chef knife to the heart with the first rating of the Cap’n. I’m glad Dad changed his mind…the Cap’n is so good lol 🥰
Love love love these videos. I think you should get a poster board or something so your dad can see the tierlist himself, rather than having it on your phone.
Absolutely love your videos, I like muesli for breakfast cereals, cheers from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺
I freaking love your dad. The way he says like there is no way I would feed you guys this did your mom really feed you this? Lol! He’s a treasure. A real Charm…😂💖
Yknow, I always felt the same way about Lucky Charms, even as a kid. The grains were nice but the marshmallows are gnarly when it comes to texture.
Just thinking about those things makes me cringe.
Back in the dark ages when I was a kid, they had Alpha Bits that were Lucky Charms without the marshmallows shaped like letters. Loved those.
@@tabbieedwards4195 riding around on dinosaurs was fun, I miss that. My dad liked Shredded Wheat, the ones like Brillo pads, yuck.
I haven’t eaten any of those in years but I can still remember exactly how they all smell and taste
This is so so so funny! Love this video! 😂
I love this channel, please post more.
Tier list suggestion. Chips. Anything Potato, Doritos, Cheetos, basically anything that you can buy a small bag of at a gas station.
I love him he’s so amazing
lol these videos are the best. Thanks Jet for making these😂
These vids always make me laugh keep em coming! Your dad is too funny

Bro, Fruity Pebbles are my favorite. I even have candle scented Fruity Pebbles lol
like he said, use as an air freshener !
This was so funny! And I agree with most of Susur's ratings!
Such an entertaining video!
To be fair to rice krispies, your Dad locked them in a different final position 👑
Enjoyable content as always. Please do a tier list ranking your kids.
I love these vids!!
That was by far one of the best things I’ve ever seen. 💕
Can you do cereals again but with "healthy" brands? I fear for you're father's palate, but also I want him to sorta enjoy his experience lol.
It would be AWESOME to watch you prepare and cook a meal for your dad all on your own for once. His reaction, insight, and critique would be so wholesome 🙏🏼
He’s done it on an old blog
Jet, love that shirt! ❤
It would be interesting to see what he would think of Kellogs Frosted Mini Wheats cereal.
I personally love that cereal, it's my favorite.
One thing I think would be fun is if you bought the frozen version of the restaurant meals from the grocery store and compare them to the restaurant version. You dad can’t add or change anything. He should cook it exactly as is following the frozen instructions
You should try making HelloFresh gourmet aha, take a delivery and let the iron chef work his magic vs the original recipe
I love iron chef dad reminds me of my chef that showed me how to cook when I started full of good vibes and speaks his mind
Love it 😂 round two requests: oops all berries, Golden Grahams, Apple Jacks, special k strawberry, frosted mini wheat, Reese puffs, cocoa crispies
Susur is a national treasure. Love to see the content. ❤
Your father is healthy! And funny!
Susur is such a good sport. thank you for the wholesome entertainment.
I mix honey bunches of oats with the sweeter ones...usually cookie crisp or fruity pebbles.
You should give your dad a visual chart for when he’s deciding on his ratings!
I would love him to try a wide array of hot sauces.
Cap'n Crunch was always my very favorite! I STILL love it!
A tier list of kid school snacks (ritz cheese crackers, goldfish, etc.). Love The Vids! I’ve hit a thumbs up on every single one made! 😃
I’m with your dad on fruit loops and fruity pebbles suck. I’ve never tried Lucky Charms , Cinnabon or Oreo. I’d love to see him try Cheerios, Special K vanilla almond, Raisin Bran etc.. I think he’d like those kind of cereals
Maybe Krave too! Krave double chocolate is the only one I can eat.
Please do a tier list for Cookies! Thanks
Made me smile! 😄subscribed!
would love to see him rate soups the cheap canned ones, the frozen ones and the ones in a jar lovee the videos
Him freaking out over the milk color change is hilarious 😂😂😂😂
well obviously if your milk turns green that's an automatic d tier rating
I'd love to see him rate different types/brands of chocolate.
Also the end with his sugar addled brain was hilarious😂😂
I smile every time I watch these videos cause of the amazing father/son relationship I wish I had
Poor Susur! Hang in there man! Do it for the fans 😅
Everytime he reacted to the smell had me laughing on the floor.
I love how he breaks down the ingredients by flavor 🔥
I'd love to see you do reactions to the original Master Chef and his ideas/takes on secret ingredients
I LOVE EATING DESERT FOR BREAKFAST RAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! WTF IS A KILOMETER!!!!
I got his example wirh orange and apple😂
These are the greatest videos on RUclips- he’s such a good sport.
I love your video's. Your dad is an amazing Iron Chef! I would like to see him rate frozen pizza's.
Probable spoiler: he hates all our favorite cereal 😂
what if you grew up with these cereals advertised, and never liked fruit loops, etc
its better to print a tierlist or have one on phone so its easier for him to keep track of it just a suggestion
Favorite ending - hysterical!
The outro had me dying, great vid. :)
