There were many Regional Bakeries in the late 1890's; with they own Specialties. Mansfield had the Crawford & Taylor Biscuit Works and ZuZU Ginger Snaps, along with Oyster Crackers, was their Specialty. When the Regional Bakeries merged to form the National Biscuit Company -- NABISCO.... the first President was from Mansfield.
