Yiu are right. There are only 2 options starting with FOC. They are FOCSU and FOCUS.
I just gave both of them one after the other for better clarity.

@@koushikbanerjee1994 , Taking letters C, A, R and E in that order we can form only one word that is CARE.

Let me try to explain the difference. The number of words formed by letters DAM
Are 3! = 6.
ADM, AMD, DAM, DMA, MAD, MDA. where as number of words formed by considering letters DAD are 3!/2 = 3.
Consider initially two Ds in DAD as D1 and D2.
A D1 D2, A D2 D1, D1 A D2, D1 D2 A, D2 A D1, D2 D1 A,
As D1 = D2
A DD, A DD, DAD, DDA, DAD, DDA
Number of words formed are 6/2 = 3.
The same logic works in the rank calculation also. Try for "AMERICA" or "INDIA"
And let me know.
