I think Robert has it nailed down, when you are enjoying a taxi lap that feels faster than anything your average driver/passenger has experienced. You will miss a lot, as you will be caught up in the moment. If you driver then points out things, such as a GT3RS is blazing past you, those are the things that you will recollect and brag about to people after your lap/laps. If you have your lap video, you can point out the car to those people that you show it too. Sounds very cool, looking forward to seeing if I can afford it in future, but I will enjoy watching until then, here's to a fantastic 2018 playing taxi driver/s!

first of all, you guys have done a great job of building the apex homepage! but one question: was it a conscious decision to build it only in english? in my view you could improve your coverage by doing it in german too.

He Misha, Sinds een aantal jaar ga ik samen met mijn broertje en vriendin naar de WRC met als afsluiter 1-2 dagen met naar de ring. Vorig jaar was er een trackday ipv testdag voor fabrikanten... Toen konden we voor een klein bedrag een bandje halen en meerijden met deelnemers van de trackday... Hoe kijk je tegen zoiets aan? Wij kozen er expres voor op niet op zondag mee te rijden met een TF maar te wachten op de TD en dan kijken of we mee konden rijden. Vind je dat het zelfde als meerijden op een TF of heb je daar toch een andere visie op?
Klopt, maar als je vaker gaat kijken bij de ring en je ziet bepaalde mensen steeds terug komen... bijvoorbeeld de gele fabia rs... is het wel anders naar mijn mening omdat je weet dat dit soort mensen 24/7 op de ring rond rijden als ze een een paar uurtjes vrij hebben. Want dan zou het het zelfde zijn als we mee rijden met de Apex ringtaxi... en vind dat er wel een groot verschil tussen zit of we met jullie meerijden of met iemand die een keertje op een TF een rondje doet
