Ive had a huge problem with falling and staying asleep, it's been awful. But with my sleeping pills and this, I usually get to about the twenty minute mark, (at least I think so, I'm so relaxed I just knock out haha)., and I'm asleep and I stay asleep :) This is so beautiful and perfect for before bed.
