An observation regarding cross-contamination: Only handle one type of meat at a time, and wash hands between. It isn't just about one clean hand and one messy one, or keeping the meat refrigerated until the last minute, etc. It's about not contaminating your beef with your pork, or chicken, etc.

I like to add chicken or beef bouillon to the freezer bag when the recipe calls for "broth on the day of cooking". That way I'll just add water on the day of cooking. Makes it easier for this mom of 6. Loving your recipes and the method! Just put 20 meals in the freezer in the last week. Happy dance!

A suggestion... Add spicy hot sausage to the stuffed pepper soup. Have been making this for years and it's amazing!

I just recently found this myself, but it adds even more nutrients and basically tastes the same. On your meals calling for spinach, now I've only seen this at some Walmart stores but is likely in other big chains as well, but instead of getting only baby spinach or just regular fresh spinach the have a blend called Power Greens and it is usually in the clear rectangular boxes. It not only has baby Spinach, but also baby Swish Chard and baby Kale. It does change the spinach taste profile a tiny bit, but IMHO it does so for the better, and I LOVE spinach!!! I use it when making Low Mein noodles and I love it!!!

These look like great recipes to make. Raw meat is good in these meals but any thing with ground beef or sausage if you ever use, it has a much better texture if you fry it first. It makes the meatballs hold together much better also. Thank you for the many ideas.

Kelly thank you for the recipes. I just want to comment on your use of the word “Clean” when it comes to healthy meals. For us who do eat “Clean” it means using organic or non-gmo foods. It’s not just about eating more fruits and vegetables to be healthy but to make sure they haven’t been grown with pesticides or hormones. The same goes for your meats as well. You also want to make sure your oils are healthy too! Happy Cooking!

To me it just means not processed. Wether or not it’s organic doesn’t matter as much.

A clean diet may include whole fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats while limiting highly processed snacks and other packaged foods with added sugar and salt. It may also be associated with terms like plant-based, grass-fed, sugar-free, or gluten-free.

Do you have Young living essential oils? Vitality line. You could get the lime vitality oil from Young living and you could substitute that and always have it on hand

The quality of video and production is great but here's some feed back on why I'm not loving them and why you might not have a ton of subscribers and views compared to some other channels. This is all just very overwhelming. I see the extreme organization, the pristine production kitchen, the bags with labels and bag holders, the plea for us to use your website, the lack of transparent availability for these recipes without having to follow your link and sign up for "freebie" using our personal info/email, etc. This is all just A LOT to digest. None of this seems easy or approachable or doable for someone just starting out or looking for an easy first step to eat healthier or meal prep. Doing meals the way you do them, planning, shopping, printing labels, etc just seems like a full time job. I don't even know where to begin.

The time you spend in the kitchen will pay dividends on your future health. You are worth the time it takes to prepare healthy meals for yourself. I like to keep my eye on the prize by imagining how much free time I’ll have during the week without having to prep food every night and just pull a freezer bag and pop the contents into the crockpot!
Maybe just start with one or two freezer meals and see how it works for you 😊 good luck, and don’t be too hard on yourself.

A great way to start if your overwelmed is to start with only a few recipies. Try three maybe instead of 10 and work up from there. I also like to double a meal im already makeing for dinner and freeze one. I get overwelmed and unfocused very easy and these ideas help. Good luck.

Don’t be overwhelmed. Watch the video print out the packet she will send to your email. Read at your own pace then shop with the list and make the meals. I’ve also watched others and have found that The Family Freezer is the best.
