Very nice varieties. Whereabouts in SoCal is your property? I’m in Anaheim and for the most part, we have sandy soil. I’ve made plenty of mistakes taking care of my trees, one way or another. You have a very nice orchard. ✅
Thank you so much, I’m actually on the Central Coast, in San Luis Obispo county. Did you see my first video with the 24 varieties out front? I have pretty much pure sand, so after I dig the hole and relocate the sand, I pour in a bunch of amended garden soil. Can’t wait till next year and especially the year after that when most things should be producing fruit.
Beautiful garden. Lots of wonderful avos! I've 27 with 16 varities. Have concentrated on the ones that we like and that do well for us: Reed, Lamb, Wurtz, and Pinkertons. Also mulit graft, for example, on Sir Prize have grafted Lamb abd Wurtz to over come alternate production of the Sir Prize and its poor tree architecture...werey weeping. Best of luck😂
