INGREDIENTS:
TO FRY EGGS
8 EGGS (BOILED AND PEELED)
1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER (HALDI POWDER)
1/2 RED CHILI POWDER (LAL MIRCH POWDER)
3 TSP OIL (TEIL)
FOR MASALA CURRY
1 TSP FENUGREEK SEEDS (METHI DANA)
1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER (HALDI POWDER)
1 RED CHILI POWDER (LAL MIRCH POWDER)
1 TSP CUMIN POWDER (ZEERA POWDER)
2 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER (DHANIYA POWDER)
SALT TO TASTE (NAMAK)
1 TSP MIXED SPICES POWDER (GARAM MASALA POWDER)
1/2 CUP (WATER AS PER REQUIRED CURRY)
CORIANDER LEAVES (DHANIYA PATTI)
FOR PASTE AND PUREE
1 1/2 ONION ROUGHLY CHOPPED (PIYAAZ)
4-5 CLOVES OF GARLIC (LEHSUN)
1 INCH GINGER PIECE (ADRAK)
1 MEDIUM SIZE TOMATO (TAMATAR)
