Thanks a lot for the vid, I received my bike in a few days, free shipping to remote area on van island, could not be happier with this ! Awoooooooo now gotta buck up for 2nd battery ✌️
Just ordered my Blade 2 today, super excited. Will probly end up being my last ebike for a really long time. Didn't get the secondary battery yet but definitely will in the future. Looks like it rides super smooth, how's the rear suspension? Noticed that's one of the changes over the OG blade even though they still have an updated version of it in 2022. I currently have a much cheaper bike with a generic 500w motor. Think I'll notice a significant difference? Especially since its a Bafang 1000w and this battery is 52v whereas my current bike is 36v.
You’ll notice a huge difference in power. My wife has the 500 watt 48 volt Rad Rover and the Blade 2 eats it alive in both acceleration and top speed. The rear suspension is helpful for sure, but it’s not smooth like a Cadillac. It just takes the spike out of hard hits and helps on bumpy roads. I’m really loving the Blade 2, I haven’t even been able to ride the OG since I got it, and I loved that bike!
@@megadavesworld4238 awesome! Thanks for the reply. I also suspect the battery will be much better too. The one in my current bike is a generic one/generic cells. Samsung is one of the top batteries I've heard so that's great.

Hey. I’m considering getting a blade 2. I haven’t been on a bike in like 20 years. I’m 6 foot tall, 190 lbs. I’ll be just using it for scooting around town mostly. The biggest question I have is how comfortable is the seat? I went for a small bike ride a few days ago and my ass is wicked sore.
I don’t start getting sore until about 1.5 hours into a ride. Even then it’s not that bad. Waaaaay better than last years Blade. I always had to wear padded biking shorts on that thing. At first I felt the Blade 2 was a little stiff but the seat definitely breaks in after riding it for a bit. I find it way better than my mountain bike seat, too. It’s no sofa, tho.
Hello , just 2 quick question , when you did put the password to make it faster, from where did you get the password to unlock its full limit ? second the extra battery do it need alot of work to intal it and connect it to the Byck ? can you please advice ? thanks alot and i really like your videos about it because you give it your hardest to prove its good for the road .
Thanks Clash Royals! The password is the same for all Rize Bikes 1-9-1-9 and it gets you into the advance menu. You can change your top speed from 32kph to 49kph, and you can also change how fast it accelerates. The second battery is very easy to connect. It comes with the cradle and the cradle literally plugs into a spot on the crank shaft. The whole process is just 3 screws.

I just got mine today, I unpackaged it and put it on the road to do some Uber eats delivery. Well that’s strange. You did the right thing by getting a hold of tech support, they’ll get you through your issues. The lock for the battery fell off? And there’s a controller issue? Is it possible because the battery lock fell off that it’s just not seated right on the battery connections? Just a guess

Just some things to keep in mind when comparing, I don’t know a lot about the Ariel Riders. -I believe the X class has a higher top speed. Blade 2 will do 49 kph stock with no upgrades. Speed is nice for sure, but it eats through your battery faster too. You won’t be able to go as far at higher speeds. -Blade 2 is a dual battery bike.
