Sometimes if you want a muscle car you have to search a little farther away from home or out of the state in order to find one. A friend of mine found his 1965 Chevy nova painted black. The paint was excellent but it had no interior. It was located back east, so he purchased it and picked it up while living in California. Muscle cars can be very fuel efficient with the correct upgrades or even with a carburetor.
I don't care if they're almost twice my age, the classic car owners at the end of this video are the kind of people I REALLY want to hang out with. Old and respectable car enthusiasts who make the car culture look good. Not today's ricer s**theads.
my first car is a 1970 chevelle i am 16 i saved up for 2 years ruining my summers flipping burgers to save for it this is my first summer with the car something tells me its gonna b a good summer restoring it. as of now the car runs and is my daily driver but I am going to fully restore it once i save enough for parts
@gvibes69 your joking right?one of the greatest turbo car ever is the buick Gran national or T type,a V6 turbo with over 225 hp stock and over 300 lbs of torque, it is one of the fastest factory cars ever made. So for your info many muscle car makers at the time started to Develop Small block and big block turbos but weren't approved by GM or the other leaders because of the massive amount of horse power and boost. Search up OLDSMOBILE engineers .they mastered the Twin turbo before you were born
1st, I know that Pontiac is no more. But like Gibson also stoped to produce the fab Les Paul guitars. But the guitar fans wanted it back. And so Gibson did. I don't know, but I am sure of that if GM start to relaunch a Pontiac GTO (only that model diff. engines) then it will be a success. It's important that the basic model will not be so expensive (I buy that one). It's the same with the Chevelle of those years. The design is awesome! We just wait and see. GM has a new CEO from September 2010.
@gmo8492 The Chevelle, it was one of the fastest and one of the most beautiful, that's for sure. But there were some other kids on the block. Have you heared of names like Pontiac GTO, Mustang, Camaro, Charger and a few more...hey,take it easy. They are all American Icons. Awesome cars! Wrooom!

Damn you're lucky, I'm 20 and I've been looking for 2 years for a classic muscle car and still haven't got one. Though I'm actually starting to build up money so hopefully I can get one within a few months.
Lance Manliness lol now i feel bad since there is a shop near my mall that had a 71 Chevelle they had 70 challenger 66 charger 68 charger 65 mustang 69 roadrunner 69 camaro 65 corvette they looked very much like they were just used 10 year old cars like they were in the 70s.
Yep, cars are made today not built like the old cars from the 60's and early 70's! Cars today suck shit, fuck front wheel drive and fuck those pussy cars that park for you and brake for you and fuck those heated and cooled seats, steering wheel and cup holders! I love plain simple cars with crank windows, vinyl seats, and rubber mats on the floor! I miss the 3 on the tree 3 speeds and loud as fuck exhaust systems! Fuck today's shitty cars!

@MARYVALE12 I'm 17 with a '67 Malibu car. I converted it to a big block that I made myself. It was just a rolling chassis when I got it.
