I love your recipes! Just converted to plant based and I’m guyanese so this makes me feel like I’m not missing out on anything at all! I made your curry potato and chickpeas the other night 😋... Keep up the good work!

Love this version of collard greens done the Jamaican way.?Most Black American would have to cook the collard green with ham hock or some kind of pork.

Looks awesome! Love the vibrant colors... Real food!
I would probably use kale in place of collards. Less cooking time, less bitter. Keep the recipes coming...

Thanks! Yea, I understand. That’s the one I used to hate about collard greens but I’ve gotten use to the earthy "bitterish " taste and I grew to eventually love it.

Swiss chard good to. I grow organic in my garden all around the house. Pretty colors and endure all weather. I cooked jerk chick pea with your lentil brown rice and peas... "WICKED" I LOVE your channel. Keep the recipes coming. Let's see what you have in store for warm months.

I tried the Swiss chard a few times and it wasn’t bad.
That’s good though that you’re able to grow. It seems like it’s easy to grow. I’ve tried other leafy greens in the past and they didn’t last long.
Thank you so much, I’m glad you enjoyed it.
      More recipes coming soon.
