GSTR 1 Offline CSV preparation Error & Solution in 2022

I have been doing filing for my father from my laptop from the beginning but somehow this error showed up when i started working away from my hometown city and had to resort to anydesk to do it in my dad desktop.. This time inseriously was frustrated when inws searching for the resolution and somehow this vido came in the form of surprise and helped me.. Thanks atonnn!!

While importing CSV file into offline utility error is coming which says pls check spreadsheet. Either all rows hv invalid data or the wrong section file is copied/uploaded...pls help as not able to proceed in offline utility
