    hi Carlo, in regards to the weight. The weight is overweight purely because of the super strap. Without the super strap it is 10oz, we took safety into consideration in making this decision . if we made these 10oz the padding would of been insufficient for the user, hope that makes sense. However , 12,14,16 weights are 99% -100% accurate

    I got these in white/orange, was disappointed at first as they were so tight when wearing with my fast wraps but after soaking a towel and stretching them out over night they are actually amazing and so soft and snappy and look class too

      Hey, if you don’t mind me asking, what size fast wraps and what size ss 2.0 did you get? I currently have the small fast wraps, and I’m considering buying another set of gloves, so I’m curious what size ss 2.0 I should get?

      @@stevencovarrubias8877 I actually have a second pair of fortress gloves both 16oz as I used them sparring, my white and orange ones actually ripped last week funny enough. I have the large fast wraps they fit better in my ringside gloves tbh I don’t wrap my hands unless they are sore have the fast wraps for that reason only.

    Hey Carlo, I'm torn.. do i buy these in 16oz lace up or 16 oz velcro. Already got the headgear based on your review and I'm real happy with it!! Love the channel as always happy new year brother.

      It’s personal preference can’t go wrong with either. Get Velcro if you don’t have someone who can lace them up for you

    Unrelated question but I am torn between getting 1v1 pro trainers and winning ms-200. Which one do you think would have a “smaller profile” and mold to my hand better? I like my gloves looking small and more mma-like than boxing-like (meaning less bulky). Your opinions and content are much appreciated btw. Respect from the Ivory Coast 🙏🏿

      Going for 8 oz on both if that’s any additional help. Price isn’t much of a problem. I considered Grants but I don’t know any reputable sources that have safe and real options

    How would you compare these to hitnmove agility gloves?? Thanks

    Hey. I seen something in dicks sporting goods, and I thought of how you fabricate workout equipment. They have this extra thick float noodle made of super soft foam (almost like memory foam). I also found it on Amazon, that one and another similar one. Connelly noodle and wow noodle. They come yellow or blue (so you know if it’s the right one)
    Thought you could use it for something and show us! Using a piece of it to fit into a round double end bag, or stuffing that cylinder double end bag (the one that looks like a mini heavy bag). Thanks for your vids!

    Unrelated to this video sorry but my 14 oz Cletos (Velcro) weigh 18oz. If I was to swap them out for the lace up onces would the problem still exist? It seems like the wrist padding is what makes them so heavy

    Hi Im torn between these and Venum Shields, how would you conpare them?

    • @csquaredboxing
      @csquaredboxing  3 года назад +1

      Shields are much softer and pillowy, these are a little firmer. Just depends on the type of foam you prefer

      @@csquaredboxing thanks alot for the reply 🙏 is the finger compartment of the shields deep? I tried the elite once and I thought that finger compartment was short as hell. Would hope the shields have a deep fingercompartment

    Hi I know this is an old video but I was wondering if these would still be good for sparring in the 16oz version if you prefer hook and loops to lace ups? or would you suggest a different hook and loop sparring glove? Thanks
