Excellent acting - especially by "Paul". I'm sorry that the writers were so cruel to end it this way. However, it does mirror reality. Not everyone gets to say goodbye.
Kudos to Corrie for doing this storyline. Poor Gemma, they say that when you lose your twin, it's very hard. US Soap Actor Dack Rambo who uk fans remember as cousin jack ewing on dallas had a hard time coming to terms with the death of his brother dirk. Sadly he also died of aids.

Such an emotional ending. But why oh why didn’t the writers allow Billy to be a Paul’s passing. Such a shame.
