Lewiston, Idaho - Old Spiral Highway

Stayed in Lewiston, Idaho on July 4th, 2022 and just had to check out the Old Spiral Highway. The road is quite good and the hills it winds through are a pretty green colour. Good views from high up above Lewiston and the Snake River.

Thank you for a ride down memory lane. There used to be a diner at the top called The Chicken Roost. Born in Clarkston WA early 50s, spent my first 19 years in Lewiston. Spiral Highway was the only one to head north to Moscow or Spokane, the big city to us back then. Thank you Paul!!!❤

We used to drive up this every month to see the relations in Moscow before they built the new highway in 1978. There was a restaurant at the bottom where we met Lobo once.
