Inexplicable Tomb Raider Enemies

Weird inexplicable enemies from retro Tomb Raider games on the PS1 & PS2. Enemies that, whilst we were killing, we thought.. "Eh?"
Tomb Raider had some brilliant enemies, but.. a ghost? Really? Do you know that this one seemingly 'nothing' enemy proves the afterlife exists?

Well especially in the classic tomb raider games there are totally weird encounters in like every game for example those ghosts from tomb raider IV and sooo many mutants all over the place
But I think my top 3 would be:
1. The flooding giant chinese warriors from tr2
2. The demons from TRV in the Young lara levels
3. And the spider but propably all those freaky mutants in the antarctic levels in tr3
