Students will definitely move out even if you bring such changes. As long as our base education is still in crisis. If you don't try to improve the basic education this would inturn become a disaster. For instance in plus two students have only 3 options in State board. It is not multi disciplinary as well as inter disciplinary. IB student or IGCSE students going to the college will only get the benefit.
As long as children get admission abroad, they will move out for sure.
