    A well thought out and ideal scenario. But in reality quite often completely different!
    My parents when at the end of their lives. None of the doctors even mentioned that they were dying. We did not ourselves realise until it was too late to treat! Treatments were promised, but did not materialise. (Kept moving the goalpost, so to speak).
