@@Injamben yeah you're right it's kinda unfair. I appreciate the technically in NASCAR. Points, drafts, rounds, ect. But I personally prefer circuit races. I loves cars shooting down turns, great breaking timing, taking the perfect angle. I'm the kinda guy who finds Nurburgring laps extremely exciting. It's a different artform I should say. I'm glad you replied.
Is this a kart championship or only a race to have fun? Here in Brazil there is a supermarket called Extra and one of the Extras have a little kart circuit in it
@@Super_GT ok, thanks! This is the first video that I have watched on this channel. (Discovered it in the super gt post) it was unfair to say it was shaky before checking elsewhere, sorry. Great content as always from the shadow realm master. 😜
Was thinking about joining this or club 73 later this year. I'm pretty new to karting, so I gotta ask if there would be any skill benefit by paying more to join club 100 rather than cutting my teeth in the cheaper 73.....i hear they have great racing too
I've never heard of Club 73 so can't really comment on it too much. I would say that the skill level in Club 100 is generally good and probably better than a typical circuits club meetings.
@@stevealvarezbrown3513 fantastic thanks! Actually I have one more question I think you'd be well qualified to answer: what would benefit my driving more, a years worth of karting ( about 10 races and a few practise sessions) or investing in a decent simulator like yours to run iracing and get more seat time ( I hear pros use it all the time to sharpen skills) cheers mate
Steve are you racing in your own kart or do they all belong to the club you race for? Asking coz I want to get into karting but dont know much about the sport. Cheers for any help :)
@@stevealvarezbrown3513 Always fancied a go at club100 to be fair raced bpec for about 5 years. Its Bobby Hutchinson that helps with the club 100 series now and he has a team of karts that run in bpec. It's great racing!
Does anyone else has it too where you watch a race and you want to press a button and look back to see where the opposition is but then you realise that you don't have a controller in the hand and it's a stream or a video anyway? xD
only Og’s know about super Gt’s secret channel
Lol
I wish we had this kind of racing culture across the pond. In America we go in circles for hours and somehow it passes as entertaining.
@@NM-jn6cp thats not fair, i dont even like nascar but thats some seriously stressful driving.

There's plenty of karting in the US. Go look for a kart track and join a club.
I assume you don't watch Indy Car then?
such an exciting final lap.
need commentary on these next time, man!
Great driving as always god. Love your karting videos and being in the box seat. Keep it up legend love it.
Awesome finishing lap. All or nothing, really starting to miss karting, cant wait for summer
Man that was a crazy last lap!
Great fun to watch must have been even more fun to drive.
second in overall standings. nice start to the season.
Was there a penalty for hitting the bollard at 11:27?
No, neither of us hit it then.
@@stevealvarezbrown3513 Yeah my bad, looked like it on tiny screen, but not so much on normal size screen. =)

Where’s the chase cam?
Mate. No hate, but maybe consider adding stabilization to the video in post. It's a bit shaky
Drift N' Drag YT and if ya cant @supergt then dont u worry, twitch donations will get you the new gopro ;))). LOVE THE VIDEOS
Weight reductions bruh ;P
Hero 7 does a decent job but still not perfect with hire karts.

I really don't know why this is the case. I think it's because of the night time. Watch the races in the light and there is almost no shaking.

Nice racing with the G3 Pro boys
You're so good at karting, props to you
Wow, two wide through Symes with no contact! Congrats to you both, what a drive!
Such close racing, great to watch. Would you consider doing vids summing up these races?
Where´s the telemetry? :D
Awesome move on the last lap!!!! Unfortunately it didn't work quite as well as you expected :/

@@stevealvarezbrown3513 by driving I mean more car based, since obviously karts behave differently an a few important aspects
Great battle at the end
The looming fear of the shadow realm in those screaming tyres

These karts all belong to 'Club 100'. These guys look after and maintain the whole fleet of karts and bring them around to different circuits.
are these the new rotax powered club 100 karts? thought about doing bpec maybe for some endurance racing?
They are Rotax powered, yes. Never thought about BPEC, no.
