    Hello Melisa, thank you very much for your videos, you are a great fighter with 4 children and everything you are going through, I wanted to congratulate you, I am also healing a process of CFS / ME and fibromyalgia, I wanted to make my small contribution with what is helping me, I read a lot about TMS, the books by Dr. Sarno, Alan Gordon, Steven Ray Ozanich, Howard Shubiner, polyvagal theory and then I began to work to heal the emotions and traumas that cause ASD deregulation, in my case that has been the key, I can recommend if you feel like it a very good stress release technique called TRE, there is information on RUclips and also with a therapist I work with the book Women Who Love Too Much by Robin Norwood, I also take vitamins and minerals and homeopathy, all of that is helping me to get out, in case any of this can help you, I send you a big greeting and thank you for your content.❤❤❤

    Hi Melissa this is Adithi from India
    Actually my mom is suffering from fibro and she has increase in pain from past 2 months inspite of heavy medications which she is following from past 8 months. We follow vegetarian diet and medicines are of no use. Can you please suggest on what can be done , apart from medications to relieve pain. I also understood that practicing mindfullness meditation is good , but it seems not helping. Sleep is ok just for 5 to 6 hrs and her day starts with pain in neck.
    Please give your suggestions.

      Im sorry to hear about your mom. I personally have found most benefit from low dose naltrexone, yoga nidra guided meditation, gentle yoga, chiropractic and prioritising protein. I was basically vegan two years ago and began adding meat, its made a huge difference for me - more protein and fat, less carbs. But if meat is not an option, more protein in other forms. If the medications are not working i personally would ask to come off and try something else. My neck has also been hard for me to manage and the above things help that. I hope she finds some relief
